Cardi B has shared the breakdown of the monthly cost for her to raise 3 children after her ex, Offset, filed for spousal support.
The singer and her ex were together from 2017 to 2024, when the 32-year-old filed for divorce for a second time.
The mother of three had previously filed for divorce in 2020 but changed her mind.
Taking to her Instagram Live, the WAP singer said she had been ‘single for a minute’ and that she had “…been afraid… not afraid I just don’t know how to tell the world.”
She also shared that she was pregnant for a third time, before giving birth to their daughter in September 2024.
Now, her 33-year-old ex-husband has filed for spousal support and in response, Cardi B has shared on X the alleged cost of raising their three children, each month.
Her three children, Kulture, 6, Wave, 3 and Blossom, 8 months allegedly live the life of luxury and partake in many activities including weekly classes and having their own personal driver.
“Y’all want to know what’s the kids’ bills? Start adding,” Cardi said. “My kids got their own driver. The kids’ driver is on a retainer for $10,000 a month.”
The singer then hit out at her ex-husband for not contributing to Kulture’s private school costs, which she claimed come out at around $45,000.
“Kulture and Wave gets tutoring four times a week,” she added. “Kulture’s piano class-that’s $300 an hour, and she gets piano classes three times a week. I’m not sure how much is gymnastic and Wave’s boxing classes, but I pay for that, too.”
She added that her cousin looks after the two eldest children, charging her ‘$3,000 a week’ and that she also has a nanny who gets paid $500 per day because ‘she’s only staying in the daytime.’
“This is not even including food,” she shared: “My kids have a personal chef that come from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. that I pay for because people in my house don’t have time to cook.”
She also has 24-hour security that remain outside her home because of “threats” to her children.
“I bought that s**t with my sweat and tears,” she added, before aiming a dig at her ex, “You have left me with the kids’ bill.”
Her fans were shocked, with one person commenting: “Cardi pays her kids driver $10K a month sign me up.” and another added “3k a week to babysit?? Gah damn”, while another penned: “The cousin gettin paid 3k a week to babysitttt IS TEAAAA!!”
