Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s daughter Shiloh has officially debuted her recent name change.

The 19-year-old filed a legal petition to remove her father’s surname, Pitt, from her name on her 18th birthday in May 2024. A source previously informed NBC News that Shiloh took the initiative to hire and pay for her own attorney for the legal proceedings.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie first met while filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2005 and later tied the knot at a French vineyard in 2014. The couple shares six children.
In 2016, Jolie filed for divorce, accusing Pitt of choking one of their children during a private flight that year. However, following an investigation by the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services, Pitt was cleared of any physical abuse allegations.
At the time, a source close to Pitt stated, “He is emphatic that it did not reach the level of physical abuse, that no one was physically harmed. He did not hit his child in the face in any way. He did not do that; he is emphatic about that. He put his hands on him, yes, because the confrontation was spiraling out of control.”
Now, Shiloh Jolie has debuted her new name on May 29.
While performing at Isabel marant’s collecting launch in Los Angeles on May 29, the star reintroduced herself to the world with her new nickname, “Shi”.
Jolie used the moniker for her choreography credit on her dance number that Kenoi Rose and Tako Suzuki performed at the event.
