Investors Who Paid $148,000,000 To Attend Trump’s Event Furious At Meal Served

Crypto investors who paid an enormous $148,000,000 to attend Donald Trump’s event were left furious with the meal they were given.

Trump hosted an event on May 22 at the Trump National Golf Club near Washington DC but investors who attended were left disappointed.

More than 200 people showed up after buying Trump’s very own crypto coin, $TRUMP.

According to crypto intelligence from Inca Digital, investors spend over $148 million on the coin with the top 25 investors spending more than $111 million.

Blockchain analytics company, Nansen, reported that those who attended the event spent on average $1.78 million per head.

The dinner was advertised as ‘Have Dinner with President Trump’ in ‘the most exclusive invitation in the world’ only available to ‘the top 220 $TRUMP Meme Coin Holders’ with one investor paying $300k for the privilege of dinner with the billionaire.

The menu offered options of pan-seared halibut with citrus reduction, some organic salad, garlic mashed potatoes and a filet mignon with demi glaze.

TikTok star Nicholas Pinot shared a photo of the warm lava cake to social media.

Speaking to Wired, Pinto said:  “It was the worst food I’ve ever had at a Trump golf course. The only good thing was bread and butter.”

“The food sucked,” he shared with NBC. “[I] wasn’t given any drinks other than water or Trump’s wine. I don’t drink, so I had water. My glass was only filled once.”

Another guest shared: “OK, but not top-class.” and another claimed they had had ‘better food’ on a plane.

Trump allegedly only showed up for an hour and gave a 23 minute speech, according to The Telegraph.

He did delight his guests by dancing to the YMCA as he left the stage…

Guests left with gift bags, but these were allegedly also underwhelming, containing ‘Fight Fight Fight-themed hats and posters’ and ‘a collectible plastic card’.

The four biggest investors did receive a limited edition Trump Tourbilllon watch, valued at around $100k and two guests got the change to win another in a raffle.

So, worth it?
